Role

  • Being responsible for all HR activities and operations
  • Developing a solid understanding of the company’s organizational structure, values, and culture
  • Working closely with the other team members to create the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
  • Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates
  • Using various tools and research methods and networking to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
  • Managing onboarding and orientation program to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement
  • Seeking creative ways to improve the employee experience and our culture
  • Analyzing and outlining present and future organizational capabilities to support our growth
  • Thinking about new ways of transforming people strategies.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest talent supervising trends and creating a base to apply them.
  • Own and manage complete life cycle recruitment for our roles.

Must have

  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Passion for making an impact from the beginning (hiring) until the end of the talent management process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
  • 3+ years of work experience
